Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge

Project in brief:

DC Systems were contacted by the Deputy Head of Teaching at Cambridge University’s Department of Engineering. Their site was implemented in Drupal 7, with taxonomy-driven navigation, but the original developer was no longer available for maintenance and new development work. DC Systems set up a new dev server, applied outstanding security patches to Drupal Core, fixed many bugs, implemented some new features and delivered full technical documentation for the site. We hope to work with the Department in future to add a fully responsive visual design.

Client comments:

“David was a pleasure to work with. We had a critical website where we had been left with a few snags: some minor, some major. David rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in, fixing issues that could be fixed, and giving excellent strategic advice where they couldn’t.”
